Jennifer has been in the fitness industry since 1998. She is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Certified RealRyder Cycle Instructor, NASM Certified Weight Loss Special Loss Specialist, Certified TPI Level 1 Golf Instructor, and Certified TRX Instructor and Level 1 Mat Pilates Instructor. Jennifer’s health and fitness journey began after the birth of her first son in 1996; she had gained 50 pounds during her pregnancy and was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes. Jennifer’s physician informed her she needed to begin exercising after her son was born and maintain a healthy weight to avoid developing diabetes when she got older. Jennifer hired a personal trainer, which made a huge impact on her life, helping her reach her goal weight. This life-changing decision led her to find her true passion which is health and fitness!!!
Jennifer’s certifications and qualifications brought her to a position at Anytime Fitness overseeing the development and management of numerous health clubs throughout the state. Jennifer was promoted to the Vice President of Operations and was in charge of all Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors. Jennifer decided to leave Anytime Fitness to be home with her family more. She began teaching boot camp classes and cycle classes around her family’s schedule and this also allowed her to spend time on her own fitness goals, including training for both half and full marathons.
Jennifer now works full-time at Trilogy at Power Ranch in Gilbert as the Assistant Activities Director and Lead Group Fitness Instructor. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and running!!!!
Hi, my name is Jessica (Jess). I am very passionate about my health and fitness along with yours! I have been in this industry a little over 6 years now and every day I fall that much more in love. I am a National Qualified NPC Bikini Competitor and my dream is to go pro one of these days. I have taught group fitness in the past and I do personal training on the side of my day job, but I have always loved cycling the most. Nothing gets you more fired up than some good beats and a good sweat! My style of riding is “riding to the beat” or “dance on your bike”. The vibes at Radius fitness are so powerful and I feel it every time I step into this studio. It is an amazing feeling when you can help others feel better, healthier, and satisfied every step of the way! It is hard work, but one quote I love is “if it does not challenge you, it won’t change you!”
I discovered yoga over a decade ago while training for triathlons. Yoga became a great cross-training tool with swimming, biking, and running, and soon it found its way into all aspects of my life. Yogic breathing and how to use it during training and events helped me to finish 7 Ironmans and several marathons. After formalizing my yoga training (E-RYT500), I began teaching full-time for studios, fitness centers, military bases, and schools. I offer instruction in a variety of styles of yoga including Hatha, Restorative, Vinyasa, Yin, Kids, and Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga. I am also a Reiki II practitioner.
During the day you can find me running my yoga school, EnduraFit Yoga (RYS & YACEP), and my gift business, Asana Gifts.

Her favorite part of teaching is observing her students’ appreciation of their own bodies and minds as they experience the positive effects of yoga and meditation for themselves. Renee is fascinated with the science behind how and why yoga works on the mind and body and loves to share this information in class.
Her yogic philosophy is that yoga is not about complicated poses; it is about moving the body to achieve flexibility and strength, being mindful of the breath to facilitate relaxation, and meditating to gain focus and self awareness. She is honored and grateful to be a part of each student’s yoga practice.
Her personal website is InfiniteLotusYoga.com and she is also available for private sessions.

Kiley love and passion for sweating and stretching has been present for the majority of her life. Although high-intensity workouts ignite her fiery spirit, it’s yoga that balances her and has been the foundation for building strength both physically and mentally.
Kiley is TRX, Reiki II and yoga certified as well as a certified personal trainer. Her classes contain a combination of both upbeat and chill tunes to match her workouts and flows. She definitely sweats, she doesn’t glitter or sparkle, and she thrives on community and connection.
She reminds you to Show up exactly as you are, wherever you are. That’s all you are ever expected to do, just make it your intention to continue to do so. Consistency is key and I’m going to be right here with you every step of the way.
Come sweat with me!
I’m an Arizona native with a lovely husband and three kids. I adore yoga, mind/body connection, food healing, meditation and all things in nature. Doing Yoga for 15 years shows the kind of dedication that I have in my heart to instill a love and enthusiasm to everyone whom I teach this ancient art. Working to receive my certification from Gilbert Yoga really gave my dreams a green light to share the power of Yoga to the world.
Being in the Medical field, to training in Qi Gong, food healing and a Licensed Massage Therapist of 17 years, my perspective is nicely rounded out and accepting of all backgrounds, ages, and viewpoints. I believe Yoga should be a journey to inspect your inner self to bring a transformed light to the world. One of the best ways to find this light is to envelop it with laughter and love, to release any judgment, and to truly have fun finding our essential nature.
My hobbies include being upside down, running in the desert, finding stray dogs, being barefoot, and exercising exactly enough to allow myself to eat candy and drink kombucha for dinner and still fit in my jeans.
Somehow I turned this into a career.
I started on this path in 1997 while going to UMass for Exercise Physiology, with the intent to become a physical therapist. Somewhere along the way I shifted gears, realizing if I got to people a little earlier maybe not as many would end up with back pain and knee replacements. I’ve been personal training and teaching group exercise ever since.
I like to teach cycle and yoga with a similar mindset: I’m here to help you push your physical and mental limits but that means very different things on different days. Some days it’s easy to dig deep on the bike but sitting still while allowing your hip to open up is a struggle. Other days the pedals don’t want to turn but grownup nap time on a yoga mat sounds great. I’m here to help you find your shifting boundaries for each and hopefully amaze yourself with a newfound level or skill.
Hi, I’m Trisha! I’m a busy wife and mother of three kids, who are my world. I enjoy hiking, paddle boarding, and being in nature.
In high school I took an aerobics class as an elective and I was hooked! I’ve always enjoyed exercising, and in 2007 obtained my group fitness instructor certification through AFAA. Over the past decade I have gained experience and knowledge by being certified in step, weight training, and cycling. I enjoyed teaching multiple class formats, and did personal training, and small group fitness classes from my home. Cycling has always been my passion. I love a song with a good beat, and high energy classes! Come join me for a fun and great workout!
